Alaska, 2014, cant wait!!!
We will be hitting the road for Alaska in late May, returning early Sept. Our first extended rv trip. Thanks for all the info, we have learned alot. See you on the road.

I hope your trip is everything you expect. It will likely be that and more. We always expect things to look like the magazine photo. The thing is, Reality is so much more. You really don't see a mountain until you really see it, touch it and breath in it's air.
Enjoy planning but more importantly, enjoy the reality of it all. - We're going to have another go at it this year also. As long as I can keep my A-Fib under control that is. Made it as far as West Edmonton last year where upon I came down with congestive heart failure and had to turn around. Planning on two 250 mile days and then one extra to recharge MY battery until we get there, Alaska that is.
I intend to keep up with my water pills also this time. Wish me luck. - It will be the trip of a lifetime. Have fun!
