Hi: I'm wondering how it will be pulling a 30ft travel trailer over AZ hwy 89 into Prescott from Congress? May shows it pretty winding. TIA

The alternative is to drive Skull Valley (Iron Springs Rd. Hwy 10) between Congress and Prescott at Kirkland Junction. It's a nice scenic drive and a lot easier than 89.

I have done it with a 35-foot fifth wheel. There are several tight curves where there is a danger of scraping the side of your trailer. Just approach the tight turns slowly and drive very carefully around the narrow places.

ps.: Sorry, I'm was thinking about 89 south of Jerome. After Prescott the road is not bad.

As roads go, it's not that bad because it's not a very busy road that is in relatively good condition. It's designed for large trucks to make the grades and take the turns so you shouldn't have any difficulty. Just travel at a steady pace and if you have to slow down, slow down.
