I81 north of Harrisburgh to Scranton very rough

Drove up 81 to 84 this week and 81 is extremely rough. Much of it is in bad need of resurfacing. Sorry I didn't take I78 like I usually do. Also lots of closed shoulders with concrete barriers and very narrow lanes.
