Best route for 27' Class C from Fresno to Yosemite Valley

I am in Bakersfield now, planning to head to Yosemite Valley tomorrow morning via Fresno. Can I take the shortest looking route (Rte 41) from Fresno to Yosemite Valley, or will that be a problem for ...

Don't get in a hurry. Mostly a 35 MPH road when you get in the park. Enjoy the scenery.
