Cashtown PA to Arendtsville PA

Is Cashtown area road doable in fifth wheel from Hwy 30 to Arendtsville. Truck route doesn't have this portion marked for trucks. Want to avoid Gettysburg on way to Lancaster. Then back to 30 from York to Lancaster. Don't want to use PA turnpike. Thanks
