Carl - hbillsmithExplorerDid it both ways on my trip Dallas to Quartzite in February. No big deal. Just try to time it thru El Paso non-rush hour, even then its just a little slow driving for about 45mins.

You may run into areas of repair on any interstate. They are rarely closed though because semi trucks use them. They're usually one-lane sections...gives you time to enjoy the scenery. :)

There is going to be paving April 25 with delays between Benson and Tucson on April 25 at MM280. (I think I got it right this time)
