Diamond Lake, OR to Brookings, OR
What are my options for this route given that CA 199 is prohibited due to my length?

- Why is CA 199 restricted?
Many rigs go that way to get to the coast.
For get that I see that they have reduced MH length to 40 feet.
Looks like OR 138 to Roseburg and then OR 42.
Haven't been over 138 in many years. - What is your length? Trucks us it all the time.
- His signature indicates a 42 footer. CA has restrictions on which roads MHs can go on. Here is map. Click on light blue near Eureka. legend indicates they restrict CA 199 to 40 footers.
Motorhome restrictions - From Diamond Lake go west on 138 to Roseburg and then OR 42. to Coos Bay, than south to Brookings. You can take 42S just outside Couqille
but its' a narrow road to Bandon than south to Brookings.
