Easy access diesel fuel in Payson,Az??

thanks folks.

We recently left a workamping gig in Payson...the Giant station about a mile from 87 up 260 towards Star Valley is plenty big enough to handle large rigs. I didn't purchase diesel fuel there myself so not sure how many pumps they have but I saw many semi's pulling in so I doubt you would any trouble. I would have no issues taking my rig in there if I needed fuel and I am very leery about small stations.

Last time through there we used the Giant station on 260 near Mud Springs Road. 42 ft motorhome towning a toad we had no problems.

I just don't want to be weaving in & out of a station, dodging heavy passenger car traffic while trying to line up at the only diesel pump at the joint. If I want to do that again, I'll just go back to the Safeway.

Well jees, why didn't you say you also needed a station with more than one diesel pump. :)

The only Giant I found was up north on 260, and it appears to be a Shell. Easy in. Have no idea if they have diesel (or how many).

The past 2 times I have made this trip, I filled up at the safeway gas station and I don't want to repeat that experience.

Anyone have details on the Giant station just east of 87 on 260? I can't get google earth on my pc and both google & bing maps dont give me a view that helps.

Does Gas Buddy give stations with easy access? That was the OP's question.

Very easy access.. just east of town. Diesel. Google maps street view is a miracle.

Agree, I use gasbuddy for price and google earth for access.
