- fanrgsExplorerSince it is a new route for you, are you are planning any sightseeing along the way? If you are planning to visit Little Bighorn NHS, the Grandview RV park in Hardin, MT, is where we have stayed. It is a little expensive (~$40/night), but only 15 miles north of the battlefield. I wouldn't recommend taking an RV on the battlefield loop road.
If you have time, the Big Horn County Historical Museum in Hardin is also worth a couple of hours. - mittshelExplorerI like the sounds of Wheat Montana. Thanks.
- Fleet_ManExplorerWheat Montana, I-90 Exit 274 Just west of Three Forks for superb baked goods and lunch.
- mittshelExplorerThank you for the info. I use that website all the time. Lots of good spots in Buffalo. Betsy.

We will be traveling on I25 and I90 to Liberty Lake, WA. Any suggestions on where to camp and what to see is appreciated. New roads for us. Thank you. Betsy.
Buffalo, WY would be a good place to stop first night out. H E R E - Buffalo WY is a link for some of the places to stay. I've stayed at the KOA and Deer Park CG, both nice.
If you have some time to spend there, it's a nice drive from Buffalo to Ten Sleep via US 16 and back. A caveat, if you consider this...it's very popular with motorcyclists, so be aware of them coming the opposite direction, or passing you en masse when possible.
