I80 in Wyoming to hyw191 to Vernal Utah

Thanks for the responses! Just booked a site at Fireman's campground. From there on to Dinosaur National Monument. We are excited to see this area. Then would love to see where Skywalker Ranch is. We are so hooked on that show. Thanks to all!

191 takes you over a high pass, but it is a long, gradual climb out of Rock Springs. At the top of the pass, there is a really nice campground called Firefighter's Memorial, with water and a dump station.
the descent into Vernal is steep but measured with switchbacks, so just use low gear and watch your brakes.

Many of them do it every day. 191 is very scenic
