As suggested, it's best to call the parks to get accurate info. Neys PP, west of Marathon has sites right on the lake and are suitable for longer RVs. We also stop at the town run park in Marathon, full services and right on a small lake in town, fast wifi. Lake Superior PP (Rabbit Blanket Lake) is probably open at the times you are thinking, but the sites are too tight for our 36 ft. 5er. Haven't been in Sleeping Giant in a while but it's worthy of looking at. All the PP's mentioned have only 30 amp service, no water or sewer but they have fill and dump sites.
The bridge at Nipigon mentioned above is operational again but is still being worked on.
