- 2oldmanExplorer IILooks bad. Driven it many times, and always wondered why no median barrier.
- CroweExplorerWe drove it when we were out there a few weeks ago. Hubby rarely gets nervous driving but he was not comfortable. We, too, wondered why there were no barriers.

Initial, this is initial response was 90 firefighters, 7 ladder trucks, 8 paramedics including some from Shoreline and 24 A.M.R, ambulances.

Canliss (a fancy restaurant) at the south approach to the bridge is closing for the first time in sixty-five years to feed responders. - MaverickBBDExplorer

I lived in Seattle for 33 years and I may have driven to work 1 or 2 days. The bus service is so good I wouldn't even think of driving. - NaioExplorer IIYipes, all those poor people affected.
