Once you leave I77 and head towards Millersburg you will encounter some pretty steep, but short pulls through the hills. Watch out for the buggies and if you use 39/62 you will pass through some small and sometimes congested tourist towns.
Your truck will work going up mountains toward Wytheville and will work north of Beckley, WV. But it will do it with no strain. You won't hold anyone up unless you choose to drive slower.

Thanks Movin'on I have pulled Fancy Gap one time and had no issues. Never traveled through West Virginia so I wasn't sure of the amount of the grades on the interstate. Haven't had the chance to pull any mountians my 5er with this new to me TV.
