That isn’t a future route. From 24, 69 currently goes east on the former Western Kentucky Parkway to what used to be the Pennyrile, then north through Evansville and onto Bloomington. Another leg from Bloomington to Martinsville will be open by fall. It follows Indiana 37. Construction on the final connection to 465 in Indy is expected to start this year.
There is a discontinuity at Henderson as there is no bridge yet. 4 lane surface street through town on 41. No turns, but a few lights. Been through it many times pulling boat and 5th wheel and it’s no big deal
69 doesn't and won't go anywhere near Louisville.
69 would take you very close to Monroe City as there are exits at Petersburg and Washington.
