Not familiar with that particular road but am familiar with TN typical roads. I also Google Drove the most of the road. If you don't mind some narrow 1 lane bridge with turns immediately coming on/off, roads that have a few spots where erosion has chewed a little pit of the pavement away, or narrow roads where most traffic rides on top of the yellow line (when you can see it), then this road may be for you.
It is relatively flat with a few minor ridge crossings so that is a plus. Does come with a warning sign "trucks one lane bridge ahead consider alt route". though from my virtual drive, didn't see anything preventing an experience RV from making the drive.
It would be a slower pace, off the beaten path, and interesting. My kind of road, but then I did get a TC so I can go exploring.
