PA turnpike
Rate increase PA tolls will increase 6% in January 2016, and another 6% each year until 2023. EZ pass users will have less of an increase.

Unfortunately, costs are going up for everything.
At least they didn't make Interstate 80 a toll road, yet. That was kicked around a few years ago.
