Not sure if this is the right place but here goes. We bought a motor that needs to be painted. It was used as a traveling office and has the company logo all over it. White letters on red paint. My question is does anyone know an approximate cost, ballpark, to paint a 30ft motor home. Maybe Hermosillo as we are based in Kino Bay.

Moisheh, any ideas? One contact in Kino has suggested around $8,000 which seems very high. Maybe we will just leave it unpainted,

I had my rig painted in Mexico. Ours was painted in a booth, also stripped down sanded and primed. Using RM paint by BASF that was not water based. The pearl white was about $200.00 a gallon. There is very inexpensive Mexican paint that will not last long. Most painters around here use Dupont which is middle of the road. The clear coat is the most important and should have at least 3 coats. We paid $8000.00 five years ago.
You will get what you pay for!

Maggy: There is a body shop in Calle Doce that can do the job. I will have to see if I have his phone number. He does good work but does not have a paint booth. The shop is sort of outdoors! If I can find him he would come to Kino and give you an estimate. I could guess but need more info.

Last year a 30ft+ coach was full body painted with 3 colors and a moderate design was painted in Puerto Penasco for $6K
