Power in NL
To all the residents of Newfoundland who have made our travels there so much fun and so rewarding, just wanted to say we are thinking of you. We feel for your current situation without power. I hope you remain safe and are able to stay warm in this bitterly cold weather.
We are in Houston, Texas, and it is supposed to get to 23 tonight ... for us this is very very cold. We have no moisture so there is no snow and ice (which is good 'cause we don't know how to drive in it).
I realize you may not get this message until you are back on grid BUT I was thinking about you and wanted you to know now or later that you have not been forgotten.
