puerto penasco issues

I read something which I'm not quite sure the State Depatrment was referring to, or not, but that was possibly aimed at pregnant women traveling to Mexico and south, including most of South America; this concerned possible poor development of babies, where many women who had contracted this malady delivered babies with markedly smaller heads than normal, which often means smaller brains. This all seems to stem from a disease spread by either of two types of mosquitoes which are thriving in warmer temperatures.
