Rest area overnight Montana and Idaho

If you happen to be on I-84 between Pendleton and Boise, there is a great overnight stop just south of Ontario, Oregon. It is called Cow Hollow Park campground and is owned by the town of Nyssa, Oregon, right on the Idaho-Oregon border. 10 spaces, 4 gravel and 1 concrete with full hookups (50/30/20A power, water, sewer) and 5 grass sites with full power and water (no sewer, but can dump at any vacant full site) for $10 per night "donation" payable at the Sunset Market 1/2 mile from the campground. Park has ball field, tennis court, basketball hoops, picnic tables, big cottonwood trees, but no fire pits. We were the only ones there on June 21, but there was a weeding (note: actually a wedding, but I hadn't had my Starbucks yet this morning!) in the park Friday night and another being set up on Saturday morning.
