I did a search and found their link to the story in a list of articles about Pemex - search results webpage below - but clicking did not take me to the article - got an error message.
I also read the other story on the webpage posted by Moisheh above which is mostly about the corruption and losses at Pemex - very interesting. Maybe that is why all this change to bring in other oil companies is happening - my posted websites above - to bring in others to get to the oil and bring it up. But I do think those companies will have to have some specific contracts to make sure they will be paid. Sounds like Pemex is done and new companies will have to bring up the oil. Will Mexico screw them again as they did in 1938? Or will real deals happen? I wonder if US refineries selling to Mexico are getting paid?
