It looks like traffic just got a whole lot worse around that area.. That is , if it could get worse...
I traveled down to Eastern PA from Rhode Island yesterday... had the choice of either 287 across the Tapp , or the GW Bridge.. I figured that since it would be around 11am . I would be fine . .
WRONG ! ! 3 hours to go 4 miles.... what a disgrace ! That will teach me ... I can only imagine how bad it will be now?
