I’ve watched it more than once. Bad weather beats good there since there are fewer fisherman out in the rain and snow.

I had to ggl "shuffling" - new term for this lifetime fisher.
The act of "shuffling" is using your feet to kick up aquatic insects to trigger fish to feed, perhaps in a trout stream. I suppose it could be done on a large scale w a jet boat, too.
