WV Turnpike

Don't know where the previous post went but I went from NC to Ohio yesterday and back today. DP towing Smart car on Dolly and I went through the EZ pass lanes 3 times up and 3 back with no problem. The biggest problem I saw was people who cannot read or follow instructions. 1--it is CASH only or EZ pass
2--EZ pass only lanes mean just that
3--a debit card IS NOT considered cash
