Another CG bites the dust?

Question

I haven't seen or heard anything yet about this, but a CL RV ad posted locally yesterday states that they are selling their TT because Maddox CG in Chincoteague VA has been sold and they will be losing their seasonal site.
Rumors have been swirling for a year or two. A quick Google turned up nothing.
It would be a shame if it becomes something other than a CG. Where would all the bugs go?
We went every fall even after the seasonals pretty much took over the place.

From the looks of the CG on google map, they only developed about half of their property as the CG, the rest looks like woods.
