Some campgrounds are open all year. At the top.if the page click on campgrounds and search then check open all year. There many more then what's listed but they have some listed

Depends, I believe all state parks in Maine stay open year round, unless CV changed that. Some NICE state parks along the coast.

Danforth Bay in Freedom NH is open. Poland Spring Campground in Maine opens 4/30.
