What Pawatt says. A park model is meant to be a stationary unit while a 5th wheel or travel trailer isn't necessarily made for that purpose. Keep in mind that if you are required by zoning or by need you will likely have to have a water, electric, and sewer system set up on your property. Not sure of the cost for that, but you can find plenty of these set-up park models all over Florida. Almost any place north of the top third of Florida, southern Texas, or southern Arizona will be cooler than you might like.
