Tom/Barb - the OP stated "There is a sewer treatment building just west of the RV Park." Can you confirm whether this is a building owned by the casino or is it off their property and owned by someone else?
I ask because if the latter, then it IS out of the casino's control. If the former, then there might be ways for the casino to mitigate the smells.
