Bay Lake Motorcoach Resort in Polk City, FL

Question

Talk to me about Bay Lake Motorcoach Resort in Polk City, FL.  We're looking at wintering here next year, and maybe even putting down roots.  What little I can find on this place looks good.  Ownership parks don't get many reviews, so I'm hoping to get some feedback here.  Thanks!

We drove through there last April. Everything is first class. Some sites face the water. Club house was also very nice. When we were there only about 20 sites were occupied. Gated community.
