Where except Cherry Hill,MD for DC?

We need to visit Leesburg,VA prior to Washington DC. Is there any where that would be convenient to DC from the wet side of DC? How tough would it be to get from Leesburg to Cherry Hill if we go that route? Thanks!

RV Storage Houston Texas 7 day cruise?
