Between Fresno and Bakerfield, CA?

We stayed at Allensworth SHP both Thursday and Sunday. Great overnite spot, if you don't mind trains. The only other people there Thursday were 4 other spots where people were turned away from National Parks. Sunday we had the place to ourselves. For $18 (senior discount) to find a spot with hot showers and a dump with tables and shade its a pretty good deal.

Sun & Fun in Tulare is the one I prefer.

I think there is a KOA close to Visalia.

Riverland in kingsburg would be my suggestion.

It's 100 miles to Bakersfield. If you can get that far there are several CG's there that won't be full

There should be one in Pixley and one in Tulare.

Kidding aside - If Kingsburg is still in existance they are about 20 miles south of Fresno - right on the Kings River. Sorry if this is invalid info. Its been many, many years since we were there.
