Boondocking near Memphis?
Can anyone recommend a good place for an overnight stop near Memphis? Just need a place to pull off the road, sleep and get right back on the road in the morning. Maybe grab a bite to eat.

I don't understand the attraction for Memphis really, unless you are a die hard Elvis fan. Bass Pro Shops just opened a spectacular store in "the Pyramid" there and Ikea just announced plans to build a store there also.
