NBC news tonight also said the big boy pushing it over was on disability of some form or another. I'm sure the providing insurance company/entity is looking into his sudden surge of muscle power.

I think this was obviously going to happen but let's hope for appropriate further action - community service and lots of it!

I say make them put the rock back. No equipment! Well maybe give them a rope.
