less than 1% of Calif. State Parks campsites have hookups of any kind. the handful that do, are mostly water/electric only.
only a handful of that handful, has sewer.
and those hookup sites are gone 6 months in advance, since there are so few and in super high demand.

there aren't water-only hookups here, only one spigot for 6-8 campsites, spread out thru the campground.

that's why we are setup for dry camping.

if you require hookups, you need to look at private campgrounds, not our state or national parks here.

and don't get me started on trying to get a campsite on the coast!:M

Unless you insist on seeing the ocean when you are camping, I also suggest county parks. San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside here in SoCa have some really nice parks.

Around us (Monterey Area) most are no hookups. New Brighton State Beach has electricity and water on about 8 sites. I've never seen full hook ups. I second the comment about looking at County parks where you are going. We have great luck with some around us!

Yup, depends on the park and the campsite. Some have a variety of choices.

Make certain to check out county parks also. Here in San Diego we have some great ones. Generally they are less expensive than the SP system.

Some have full hook ups others have none and the rest have a combination of electric, water or sewer.

Your best bet is to go to www.rvparkreviews.com to see which parks has what.
