Rafter J Bar Ranch.....loved it there
X10! - DeanRIowaExplorerSince we had a busy schedule planned in the Black Hills, we decided the campground didn't need to have any entertainment, but that we wanted a place that was reasonably priced, clean bathrooms, full hookups, and trees. Thus Big Pine Campground in Custer fit that bill for us.
Dean - fil564ExplorerJust spent 2 weeks at Rafter J and cannot recommend it enough!!!!

- jamesuExplorerRafter J Bar. Full hookups, privacy roomy, and plenty of space to roam and enjoy the scenery.

X2 ;) - RGar974417ExplorerWe stayed at Rafter J and it was nice. But if Custer State Park campgrounds had electric,we would have stayed there. Some of them have electric now so that would be my choice.

X2 We arrived in the middle of bike week last year and there were a good few sites available. Very friendly but only arrive from Custer. Theres a 9'6" tunnel the other way and some GPS's will route you that way. It's not fun!!! - jpbuch9309ExplorerCheck availibility it is going to be pretty crazy up there because of the bike rally
