Hi all! Looks like I'll be temporarily working in Monroe, LA. Can anyone recommend a clean and safe campground? The specific location is next to Black Bayou Lake. I'm Googling different campgrounds and reading reviews, but referals are always best.
Unfortunately there is not a whole lot to choose from in that area. We usually stay at Quachita RV Park off I-20. It's an old KOA but fairly clean and quiet. Just don't stay by the lake. Did that one time and after a rain storm that night, woke up to about 3" of water all around the trailer.
