Croton Point Park; One hour north of New York City

We stayed at Croton Point Park (Westchester County Parks) for a week in early May 2017. It is a county park with beaches, trails and RV campsites on the Hudson River about an hour north of New York...

Croton on Hudson is one of our go to places when we travel from MA to Florida.It's a nice park and it is convenient to get to for us. It is also very close to the the Tappen Zee bridge which eventually brings us to Garden Set Parkway in NJ which we take to Florida.Its not a destination for us but a one night stop on our way south.
