Decision delayed on charges in Goblin Toppling

I have been there and it's a great place to play games in and around the Goblins. They sure looked as if they were pretty invincible and I'm still wondering just what gave him the idea that there was something wrong with it. Was he trying to see how big a guy he was and went around testing ALL of them.
Hey, the way I see it,if they can film part of City Slickers 2 there with a full film crew and not get hurt,how are a bunch of little Boy Scouts gonna get hurt.

Destruction of public property? Unless the perps can put the rock back in place ---- unassisted.

Any word on the outcome of the perpetuater filing for total disability shortly before the rock tumbling ?
