We are planning a trip to Disney World the first of December 12/21, also any suggestions on were to stay in Orlando and I was also thinking on staying for a while maybe going to the Keys? Thanks ...

And check the ticket prices. The last couple of times we went, we stayed over 2 weeks and found annual passes were cheaper than multiple shorter passes. I think the AP covers parking.
We've also stayed at the Kissimmee KOA. (DW is in K., not Orlando)
This was once true but with Covid currently Disney World will only renew current AP's and will not be selling new ones. Now when (if) things get back to normal that could change, this was just announced this week
