If you are talking the Thanksgiving Day long week end period, yes they are probably booked up, but cancellations happen, especially when some of those spots were booked close to a year a go.
Yes the
KOA Davenport, have a shuttle. but not nearly as convenient. I don't know if it is possible for the your daughter to get a vehicle parking pass, so that you could park at her hotel.
