I’ve heard it’s quite nice, have not camped there though. Primarily because we live off I-77 in Blythewood and frequent Lake Wateree State Park. Only 20 miles from our house. Plenty of large shaded paved sites, boat ramp, walking trails, camp store. They have several pull throughs that can accommodate large rigs, plus boat plus car. ONly negative (for some) is that they only have 30 amp service, no FHU’s. They have begun working on a new section which will be FHU, 50 amp but probably not ready for a year.
