When hooked up to a full hookup site (electric, water, sewer) for a few days, do I turn off the city water before emptying black and/or gray water tanks at the site?
Hooked up to City water is the same as your plumbing at home. If you aren't running a faucet or the toilet, no water is flowing through the system. So no, no need to turn the water off.
