Escapade is on

I have no idea what escapade is.

Not sure but it might have something to do with Escapees

Where is that parking lot?

The Escapade is the annual big meetup of the Escapees, a week of classes, seminars, meetups, music and all sorts of other activities. The main event runs Sunday thru Thursday but the have things like the RV Boot Camp and the Cell Phone Photography class in the days before that.
The event is at the Sweetwater Events Complex in Rock Sprtings WY this year which has room for 1200 RV's.
The Escapees run events on a smaller scale all year long, group meetups for the Ballon Festival, Trips to the Tetons, Halloween meetups, and one we are signed up for Crabarang on the Oregon coast in September. Another big event is the Boomerang at Quartzite in January.

What happened to all the rallies anyway? RV.Net use to be full of them.

I don't think there is a shady spot, period. And yeah it's hot outside, cools down in late afternoon tho.

There's a separate 'rally' section on this forum... nestled under 'General'. I would guess rallies weren't held because of Covid.
