I can only comment about Pirate land which we did NOT like. The pool was extremely over crowded and just a big rectangle (no slide or anything to do) The lazy river was OK and the kids (8 and 11) were bored after about an 1 hour. We had a site 6 spots from the water, nice to be close to the beach, but very tight (but we knew that before we arrived).. Honestly no one (employees) were friendly. Too much going on I guess being the second week in July.
The golf cart parade every night on the main drag along the beach was incredibly annoying and dangerous for all (spectators and drivers) The entire 4 days were just too hectic and crazy in that campground for us. Maybe they are all the same in July..
Finally someone who sees Pirateland, specifically the golf cart "parade", like I do. Won't be back. MBTP for me, thanks.
