Fl: Quail Run at Wesley Chapel vs Zephyrhills Baker Acres

We are considering these 2 for part of winter. We are 55+ & peeper 50 amp FHU on paved pads near restaurants & grocery. We are looking for activities, a pool & dancing ( of square). Has anyone been to both who can compare & contrast them? Thanks!

Spent a month at Quail Run. Has everything you need except people who participate in activities. Poor director has tried everything. All they want to do is play cards. So, no dancing (at all). Nice pool and pristine grounds. A little too "Stepford Wives" for me.

Haven't been to Zephyrhills.
