Anywhere along the coast between Tampa and Ft Myers. You will not find a warmer climate during the winter.
Grab a map and check out all those wonderful Keyes that start at Tampa and continue just offshore all the way down to Ft Myers. Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Boca Grande, Sanibel Island.
Do a Google search for the websites. Notice how they somehow manage to include the current temps.
