Great Campground in Western Illinois (Jacksonville)

I am the owner of the Resort, Buena Vista Farms. My name is Teri and my husband is Nestor. We are a new resort, and have about 60 full hook up spaces with much room for expansion.

We have a section that is for seasonal members, leaving their RV at their site all winter. We also have a section for those who are working in our area, since lodging options are limited for those who are here for a few months. Then we have a few spaces with concrete porches who are coming in for a few nights.

All suggestions are appreciated! We are working hard on development and want to do things right.

We are quite unique in that we have a well developed wedding and reception and banquet venue at our facility, which I have operated for the past 8 seasons. It is 145 acres so plenty of room and many beautiful sites for the ceremonies. We have a large air conditioned tent with asphalt flooring and a hand made bar for the banquets, parties and receptions.

Our rural address Chapin, though we are closer to Jacksonville. I am trying to figure out how to get listed in Jacksonville, the larger city, or even in Central Illinois.

I didn't see any rates listed but on reading the website they hope to make it into an ownership resort? What's the latest on that; do you own the plot or did you pay a nightly fee?
