While doing research on RV resorts, we came across a resort in Dandridge,TN called ANCHOR DOWN. The restrooms, showers, views are spectacular. The staff were very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. So now after having bought our Thor Windsport 29M, we are taking it to Anchor Down in June for 2 weeks. We can't wait.

Agree a newer place that's remote - better choices in Pigeon Forge - its 19 miles to Pigeon Forge

Reasonable ? $49 plus tax is their cheapest site - I was going to stay there last April but realized that much cheaper spots were in Pigeon Forge - so I cancelled
