- bresdogsrExplorerEnded up going in on Central Park, not by choice just got a little confused on directions. Definitely very tight, the trees are trimmed back and up though. The left turn on to Riverland Dr is not fun with a 40 footer. Left via Camp Rd and this was much nicer especially turning left onto Camp Rd and then the light out on to Folley Rd.
Thanks for all the help. - bresdogsrExplorerThanks. Time to look at google maps.
- PotKornExplorerThe only problem with Central Park can be the left turn onto Riverland, where the park is located.
Take a look at going a little further east on Folly Road and turning right on Griffith Parkway, at the light by Wal-Mart. That will dead-end at Riverland. Make a right on Riverland and go just past Camp Road to the park.
You can also, of course, go south (right)on Maybank from Folly (just over the drawbridge on the Wappoo Cut) and turn left on Riverland at the traffic light by the golf course. - Dutch_12078Explorer IICamp Road is under construction right now, making it even tighter for big rigs than normal. Central Park is ok...
And for Mike, James Island County Park is in Charleston, SC. - mikebreezeExplorerWhat state is this campground in?
