Laconia New Hampshire
Headed to Laconia NH for bike rally. Does anyone have first hand knowledge of the area and also quiet, clean, camp grounds that are 10-12 miles away from main event?

- We used to alternate years between Sturgis and Laconia... when in Laconia, we stayed at Gunstock. It's a few miles from town with decent roads to get to and from the actvities. They have all kinds of sites from dry camping to 50 amp FHU
- JHblack - as others stated, "Bike Week" in Laconia ends on Father's Day. Are you talking about next year? If so, not too early to get a reservation - places fill up quick around here. Would be helpful to know what you have for a rig, and type of accomodations you are looking for (i.e. - dry vs FHU). During Bike Week none of the CG's that close to Laconia will be quiet! ST
- Bike rally! Quiet???? Must be talking about a gathering of Hondas, BMWs & such. Can't be a rally for the 'lets see who can make the most annoying noise' crowd.
